Conditions:
-Bounce verification is on
-Default Destination Control is set to "Perform address tagging: Yes"
-Additional Destination Control line is added for a particular domain set to "Perform address tagging: No"

Result: The granular Destination Control line item set to not tag DOES NOT override default and tagging still results on domain.
