Description (partial)

Bind failure from jabber towards LDAP-AD.

1. CUCM sends LDAP credentials connectivity to IM&P Server.
2. When Jabber logs in it receives the LDAP credentials in encrypted format from IM&P Server.
3. Jabber sends the encrypted credentials to LDAP Server after logging in.
4. LDAP Server rejects the credentials.

Client should not sent encrypted password to LDAP as AD is unable to understand and decrypt password.
