Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer have a lot of C3650 management port will lost connection randomly. When the failure happen port status is up/up but opposite device could not have the CDP/MAC address. The failure could be fixed by shut/no shut management port or recover by itself for some time. when the failure happen network port will not be impact.
  Customer management port is working for icmp monitor by server and device CPU and memory even other device value monitor.

Conditions:
The Mgmt port will lost connection just with directly ping
