Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Push Notification Deployment guide doesn't mention any SSL Decryption Exclusion list

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/push_notifications/cucm_b_push-notifications-deployment-guide/cucm_b_push-notifications-deployment-guide_chapter_01.html

Several customers have SSL decryption enabled on their firewalls. This causes issues with APNS as the SSL decryption manipulates APNS related certificates causing errors with APNS.

There should be a note in the pre-requisites section stating to add push.webexconnect.com and idbroker.webex.com to the SSL Decryption Exclusion list in the firewall

Conditions:
APNS enabled with CUCM 11.5.1su3 and up
