Description (partial)

Symptom:
When upgrading 9800-CL to 17.3 from any other previous code we will see the following message on the WLC 

9800-CL-1#sh log | i disk
Sep  2 09:42:32.201: %EWLC_PLATFORM-4-REC_DISK: System is running on a disk lower than recommended.Current Disk Size: 8GB, Recommended Disk Size: 16GB


Resizing the disk is not possible. To follow the release note recommendation you need to deploy a new VM with 16GB disk space.

Upgrading from any previous code than 17.3
