Cisco Bug: CSCvv60733 - Adding Virtual Accounts to On-Prem account in CSSM is not working and invalidate the use of the VA

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Creation of Virtual Account and adding the same to a registered On-Prem account, in CSSM portal, will invalidate the use of this VA - we will not be able to remove it or use it in that On-Prem server or any other.
The Virtual Account will be show as is linked to the On-Prem account and from the SSM On-Prem, the account will not be visible to deactivate/delete, creating a dead end situation.

Conditions:
1. Register a SSM On-Prem server in CSSM - Automatic or Manual registration 
2. After the On-Prem account is being registered, click on the On-Prem account:

Browse to CSSM

Go to Smart Licensing / On-Prem Account / (Click in the On-Prem account you wish to add a new VA)

In Virtual Account tab, of the On-Prem account, you can add Virtual Accounts to this On-Prem 

3. Add a new or existing VA
4. After adding the VA, you will see that there're no actions to remove the VA and the VA is linked to SSM On-Prem.
5. In On-Prem, we cannot remove this recently added VA, since is not even visible

Only by removing the On-Prem account which you have add the new VA or opening a TAC case to remove the VA will resolve the issue.
