Symptom: Can't schedule log collection for VVB services through RTMT on VVB 12.5. In the final screen of Schedule Collection RTMT window when "Dwnload Files" option is checked following error message is displayed. "No Services/System Logs selected! " Conditions: VVB 12.5 scheduled log collection.
