Description (partial)

Symptom:
Jabber throws the following error:
Cisco Jabber "Microsoft Office integration error.  Please reinstall Cisco Jabber to restore Office integration.  Error Code: CJ:4000:1000"

Outlook integration continues to work even though the error is thrown.

Conditions:
Only occurs with multiple IM clients being installed and Jabber is not set as the default IM app in the following registry key:

 "DefaultIMApp"
