Symptom:
8.10 - Failure in enabling ap lan port

Conditions:
Steps to Reproduce.
*******************
1.Load 8.10.139.33 in WLC5500 and join somerset ap.
2.Connect wired client behind somerset ap in lan port 1.
3.Create wlan ap group and add ap with remote lan.
4.Enable lan port 1/POE and assign power level for AP.
5.Now ap will reload and join WLC and work as expected.
6.Now disable lan port 1 in wlan ap group configuration.
7.Immediately lan port will go down.
8.Now enable lan port in wlan apgroup.
9.GUI we can observe lan port enabled, However wlc cli shows disabled and ap lan port is operationally disabled and wired client not joined.
