Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Nexus 9000 allows telemetry data to be transported via UDP up to 65501 bytes. Anymore and the switch will generate this log:

`show system internal telemetry trace tm-logs`
[01/1/20 08:00:00.000 EDT ac6 6583] [3873844032][tm_transport_udp.c:229] UDP message 123456 bytes exceeds allowed size of 65501 (DN:show ip route

Requesting a feature to allow this UDP max allowed size to be configurable.
