Description (partial)

Symptom:
FIPPAfor UCCX Documentation should mention that FIPPA Language on te IP Phone is controlled by the Network Locale set for the IP Phone on CUCM. Additionally, the locale set on the CUCM must be available in the Language pack for UCCX. For example, fr_CA (Canadian French) is available on the CUCM Locale pack, but not on the UCCX Language Pack. So when customers select fr_CA as network locale, FIPPA will display all content in English. However, if customers select FR_fr (French) which is available in the CUCM Locale as well as UCCX Language Pack, FIPPA will display content in French.

Conditions:
When attempting to change the lanuage on FIPPA from default.
