Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a lldp frame with no port description i.e of length 0 in an optional TLV come to Nexus 9K running in standalone mode it is discarded. Below are the errors that we can see:

9K-1# sh lldp traffic 
LLDP traffic statistics: 

    Total frames transmitted: 11894
    Total entries aged: 0
    Total frames received: 6
    Total frames received in error: 6
    Total frames discarded: 6  >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>discarded
    Total unrecognized TLVs: 0
    Total flap count: 0

Conditions:
When an LLDP frame with length of 0 in an optional TLV come towards the Nexus switch running in standalone mode.
