Description (partial)

Symptom:
When creating subinterface templates for vEdge on vManage 20.3.1, the application fails to generate config for all subinterfaces. This happens when there are multiple subinterface templates containing duplicate custom device specific descriptors.

Conditions:
1. Multiple subinterfaces are attached to a device template.
2. Subinterface templates have duplicate custom device specific descriptors.
3. Only one subinterface configuration is picked up in the GUI and pushed to the device.
