Description (partial)

Symptom:
it takes 2-4mins or sometimes times out and can't complete the AD logon and disrupt other traffic(file transfer/webex,..) that goes simultaneous with AD-logon. (With UL-OFDMA disabled it takes less than a min to complete AD-logon process for all connected clients, most of the time.)

Conditions:
On single(only master radio enabled + 80mhz) AP9130i, When 8 .11ac clients were doing AD-logon simultaneously, We observe poor WIN-Client-logon and throughput performance(less than 100Mbps Downlink.) of SMB file transfer initiated at same time. (Downlink is over 300+ Mbps when UL-OFDMA(or 11AX) disabled.)
