Cisco Bug: CSCvv57812 - PnP agent / HTTP Client do not try to reconnect to the DNAC after a connectivity loss

Description (partial)

Symptom:
PnP process in DNAC UI stucks for 10 minutes on DEVICE_INFO tasks and shows an error after 10 minutes: NCOB02074: Executing Workflow Timed Out, Please check the device connectivity with the Server.

Onboarding logs show the following:

Conditions:
The following topology is used:
Router trunk with subinterfaces ==== 2960 PnP ==== downstream switch

The problem happens while doing PnP on 2960 and using "switchport mode trunk" command on the uplink
