Description (partial)

After disabling a guest account, if Guest user had registered it's Device, this process will not cause the MAC address to be automatically removed from EndpointGroup, essentially allowing user to continue accessing the network, even though the account has been disabled.

-ISE 2.7
-Guest flow configured to register MAC Address of guest to Endpoint Group;
-Authentication Rule based on Endpoint Group Membership for Guest access;
