Description (partial)

In CMX 10.6.x there is an issue with generating scheduled reports in PDF and Excel formats.

1) If report format is selected in PDF, empty file with no data is generated.
2) In case  Excel format is selected, download work correctly, but the email sent  fails with no details for failure reason.

Issue is impacting CMX 10.6 and wasn't seen on earlier versions 10.5.x
