Last Modified

Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Symptom:
when VNFM generates the grant request for HEAL API, ResourceDefinition of removeReources does not include the "resourceTemplateId" as this is a optional attribute and Shall be present for the planned creation of new resources, including temporary resources, and for the modification of existing resources. Shall be absent otherwise.

This attribute has become mandatory from v2.8.1 onwards and since HPE NFV-D is compliance with latest version of ETSI SOL003 specs, this is causing discrepancies in granting the request for HEAL API.

Conditions:
example removeResources from HEAL API Grant request:
"removeResources": [
      {
        "id": "res-23066368-2ff4-4807-8ee1-8878b89603b7",
        "type": "COMPUTE",
        "vduId": "c1",
        "resource": {
          "resourceId": "92c0ec98-8b24-42bb-9c3c-33b18dd94f5e",
          "vimConnectionId": "USTXSOLKVCPED-Cisco-Consumer-Internet-PGW-Cisco-1-regionOne"
        }
      }
