Symptom:
when using keychain to configure the hello password for an interface in  isis, the object  /network-instances/network-instance/protocols/protocol/isis/interfaces/interface/authentication/key/config/auth-password in the openconfig model returns a string that contains invalid utf-8 characters.

Conditions:
when using keychian to configure the hello password for an interface using "hellopassword keychian <keychain name>.
