Description (partial)

Symptom:
Attempts to use Cisco DNA Center Cloud to upgrade a Catalyst 9300 switch image from 17.2.1 to 17.3.1 failed with the following error message in the Kibana logs.

Conditions:
This was observed in Cisco DNA Center Cloud 1.2, managing a Catalyst 9300 switch that had already been claimed and onboarded previously, but was deleted and readded in an attempt to change the configuration.
