Symptom:
Current documentation for the primary/secondary active/standby election only explains the situation after bootup but doesn't explain how the role is elected if a split-brain situation happens:

It should include: "Primary unit in FO pair takes over Active role when it restores communication with Secondary/Active without comparing the health status of both units."
