Description (partial)

Symptom:
In EPNM 5.0, we see lots of graphical reports like below has the issue that when export as PDF, there are lots of charts with one timestamp, which makes the size of PDF huge like 4GB or even 50GB for one PDF file.

Also this issue occurs the long time cost of scheduled reports PDF exported job running duration, which might take couple of hours or even days to get one PDF file.

In addition, if you select last 1 hour to cover the timestamp which has a problem in last 1 day, then you won't see the problem in this last 1 hour pdf chart,
or if you see the problem happens on selecting all devices all interfaces in report criteria with last 1 day, then if you select a particular device and particular interface in last 1 day pdf chart, you won't see the problem.
So my point is, if we can display well in some of the pdf charts with the same timestamp, why we have problem in the others.

This is not a regression.
