Symptom:
Forwarding stops when the two host are connected to same number of HIF Ports on different FEX.

Conditions:
Issue seen in 7.0(3)I7(7)
Parent Switch : N9K-C93180YC-EX
FEX model :N2K-C2232PP-10GE
When host are connected to same HIF ports on the different fex switch ( ie e101/1/1 and e102/1/1 , here fex 101 and fex 102 and host1 and host 2 connected to e101/1/1 and e102/1/1 stops forwarding the traffic)
