Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Internal-Data0/0 interface is flapping during SMB file transfer and the following syslog message is being generated:
Aug 29 2020 09:50:22: %FTD-4-411002: Line protocol on Interface Internal-Data0/0, changed state to down
Aug 29 2020 09:50:24: %FTD-4-411001: Line protocol on Interface Internal-Data0/0, changed state to up

In addition, when Internal-Data0/0 interface is down, all data interfaces have the same state:
firepower# sh int ip brief
Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status Protocol
Internal-Data0/0 unassigned YES unset down down <
Ethernet1/1 10.48.23.173 YES CONFIG down down <
Ethernet1/2 192.168.1.1 YES CONFIG down down <
Ethernet1/3 192.168.10.1 YES CONFIG down down <

This defect may cause several connectivity issues including VPN flaps and connection drops.
