Description (partial)

Network topology configured with MPLS+segment-routing has FIB routes pointing to Null0 interface: -- PE router -- P router -- PE router

Due to this, traffic is blackholed

1. Seen on 93180YC-FX switches.
2. Switch is reloaded.
