- Cisco Webex Contact Center
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When sorting the priority of Queue Precedence from ascending to descending or vice versa, the sorting is happening based on the 1st digit. Example: If the priority is set in ascending order: Q1 = 25 Q2 = 30 Q3 = 3 Q4 = 35 Q5 = 40 Q6 = 4 Q7 = 5 Q8 = 55 Example: Vice versa for descending: Q8 = 55 Q7 = 5 Q6 = 4 Q5 = 40 Q4 = 35 Q3 = 3 Q2 = 30 Q1 = 25 Conditions: When sorting the priority of Queue Precedence from ascending to descending or vice versa, the sorting should happen based on the value of the priority and not based on the first digit.
