Symptom:
ISIS may crash in steady state due to assertion failure. Following message will be observed in syslog:

RP/0/RP0/CPU0:Aug 27 06:59:37.397 PDT: syslog_dev[116]: isis[1007] PID-14972: assertion failed, line isis_dec_lsp_transfer_lsps:1484

Conditions:
ISIS router with large number of established adjacencies (> 100).
'mpls traffic-eng' configured under router isis address-family ipv4.
