Description (partial)

When the standby feature for Webex Share device is enabled in Control Hub, the device should put the connected display on standby after the specified idle time using the HDMI CEC protocol. However, the display is not put in standby at the proper time.

Problem occurs under regular operating conditions and is reproducible at the customer and partner sites.
