Symptom: After an initial failed upgrade that left the DB in a bad state, a second upgrade attempt could fail due to DB errors. Running DBCheck.pl shows fatal errors like the following: [Wed Jul 1 16:04:48 2020][FATAL] [missing data] database [sybase], table [ssl_flow_flags], row [4294967296,CH_TLS_DOWNGRADED] [Wed Jul 1 16:04:59 2020][FATAL] [missing index] database [sybase], table [domain_control_info], index [netmapnum], unique [no], columns [netmap_num] Conditions: Attempting to upgrade an FMC from 6.5 to 6.6 following an initial failed upgrade and subsequent rollback.
