Description (partial)

Symptom:
* When configuring external antenna APs, configured for single-band antennas, the configuration used to enable each 5GHz antenna port is not consistent with the configuration to disable the same antenna ports

* The command used to enable the antennas, doesn't match the one used to disable the antennas, causing it that no effect is applied on them

Conditions:
* C9800 series WLC managing APs with external antennas, configured for single-band operation

* Configuring each external antenna port in the 5Ghz band
