Description (partial)

Symptom:
After primary link goes down and network is converging through backup link, you will see the subnet go stuck-in-active:

switch1(config)# show ip eigrp topology active

Conditions:
Mix of wide metric and narrow metric configured in a looped EIGRP network.
Offset-list out configured on a switch with wide metric.
