Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Network Level Service

Known Affected Releases

3.0(0.0.0) 4.1(1.0.0) 5.0(0.0.109A)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
1, login EPNM 5.0 build 630 I109A
2, Go to any report, like Interface Traffic, enable Scheduling, then choose Email in Destination, give a invalid email address like asd, then disable Scheduling, click Save and Export button, you will see below error
3, However, this msg/behavior is wrong since I’ve disabled Scheduling, anything wrong in Destination Email field shouldn’t impact the Save and Export button, the Save and Export button should work well instead of giving the msg.

So, thinking the expected behavior should be:

Option1, don't valid the email when scheduling is disabled, just go with saving result in local file as default.
Option2, If you want to validate email when scheduling in disabled, you need save result via email instead of local file and save this properly.
