Description (partial)

Symptom:
vManage WebServer's self-signed certificate is hard-coded / burnt into the image / OVA used for the deployment. This is not a best practice.
Due to this, same WebServer certificate and key pair is being used in all customer vManage running same version

Conditions:
vManage using the default Web Server certificate
