Symptom: Video calls will disconnect even though retryVideoAsAudio parameter is set to true & enough audio BW available. Conditions: Call should be a DO ? DO offered call. Endpoint should answer with audio, video & IX application line. There shouldnt be any video BW available between the endpoint locations.
