Description (partial)

Symptom:
When using GRPC GetOper RPC to pull certain YANG paths, we see JSON encoding errors coming back from YFW/YFED when IPv6 address is configured under the Management interface

Conditions:
Configure IPv6 address under the management interface and use GRPC GetOper to pull following YANG path to trigger this:
