Symptom:
+ Problem can see after the we proceed with the following steps:

> Unregistering UCS Domains from UCS Central (localize all config)
> Moving the UCS Central in the new IP range
> Reconnecting all UCS Domains and Globalizing all VLANs/VSANs

+ The issue does not happen with newly created policies in UCSM. 
+ This problematic is also not present when integrating a new domain in UCS Central, meaning the issue is related to the current UCSM local objects. After cloning the existing local policies into global policies, UCS Central compares the definitions and reports a mismatch.
