When customer perform day to day normal operations on there Outlook account  integrated with ViewMail  and  after that leaving there laptop/desktop  on Never sleep mode and keep the outlook open for some hours ,the ViewMail application gets hanged and memory of outlook will increased .

keeping the outlook open and desktop/laptop should be on never sleep mode .
