Description (partial)

Symptom:
snort unable to detect FTP App-ID when used firefox browser as FTP Client on Windows 7. Same scenario works with Windows 10. The root cause is that Firefox client on Windows 7 OS retransmits an ACK packet after a successful FTP connection.

Steps to repro:
=========

1.AC rule is basic Any Any rule with these FTP app filters -->FTP, FTP Active, FTP Passive, FTP-Data. 
2.Try ftp from firefox browser from Client machine
3. I can see from the trace FTD is unable to detect the App ID as FTP even after user/pass authentication , after which it hits the default block rule.
