Symptom:
Chat Agent Detail Report": when we select"on the filter "
- when there is no Rating selected, all the rating will appear in the report
- when we select all the Rating, we will miss "Rating of 5" in the report
I have tried to select just 5 values on the Selected Rating Filter we can see all the 5 values in the report
EX: 1 ,2 ,3 ,4 ,5 without ( No Rating)
When I have tried to select 6 values, we will miss the Rating of 5 in the report
EX: 1 ,2 ,3 ,4 ,5, and( No Rating)

Conditions:
when we select all the Rating, we will miss "Rating of 5" in the report
