Description (partial)

Unable to download the logs from manila timezone nodes.
We can see the below exception in rtmt client side, it shows PHT instead of PST timezone,

In RTMT pop up message ?An error occurred while processing request?.

If the Server time zone is Asia/Manila.
Trace & log central  > select collect file > select any services > then select the time frame after press the finish button, it shows ?An error occurred while processing request? when downloading the logs.
