Description (partial)

- Webex Teams application fails to display some of the special ASCII characters with proper encoding. 
- The issue is observed in all platforms Teams applications
- In Control hub, the data containing users displayName is encoded correctly.
- The character ń is displayed correctly for some users as this could be due to the fact that different ASCII characters are used
- One of the main symptoms is fetching the space data from RoomLifecycleManager::createRoomOnServer Space has been created with no encoding processing taking place during API call.
-Incorrect encoded characters appear in the spaces list and during Teams Meetings.

- Non-working example is observed in all Teams platforms
- Tested on MAC Application version: 3.0.16040.0 and Operating system version: 10.15.6 (MAC osX)
- Windows 10 and - Version: 3.0.16086.0 and 3.0.16219.0 renders the affected user with incorrectly encoded ń character
- Issue can be reproduced on Android with version 4.13.215 - same behavior as in the other platforms
