Symptom:
pce_server process crashes due to out-of-memory (the memory limit for pce_server is 8 GB on XRV9K)

Conditions:
All of the below conditions must be satisfied in order to lead to this issue:
 - Large topology (10K nodes, 100K links)
 - Non-IGP metric type used for LSPs
 - The LSP paths must have a high number of hops between the source and the destination
 - There must be a substantial amount of unique sources used by the LSPs
