Description (partial)

When web app or webRTC are dropped out of a call (due to network or PC resources, as examples), the callbridge should create a diagostic file automatically for the individual call.  Too often the user who is having issues is unable to recreate, or is an executive whom the support team will not ask to recreate so we can get logs.

WebApp or WebRTC user drops from call due to network issues.
