Description (partial)

Symptom:
CCM is not sending the HUNT status for the Jabber devices to CTIManager because of which application is not able to clear the call. From CUCM side having jabber devices in the Line group is not a recommended configuration.

Conditions:
CUCM  + Jabber devise in the line group.
