Symptom: - Call coming to the first trigger ,call redirect to second trigger. - When reaching the agent both CTI ports are showing on the agents phone. - But when call is connected still can see the first CTI Port number below the calling number. This is reproducible on versions 11.6,12,12.5. Conditions: This is reproducible on versions 11.6,12,12.5.
