Description (partial)

Symptom:
Wired client connected to LAN port 3 of OEAP is not able to pass traffic.

1.       The DHCP status for Local LAN is no ENABLED by default.
2.       Client pulls DHCP address from 10.0.0.x/24 network
3.       I can ping AND I can reach the 10.0.0.1 OEAP Personal MGMT page.
4.       The Wired personal LAN port 3 client CANNOT reach the Internet

AP in OEAP mode
