Description (partial)

Symptom:
Seeing OracleIdentityStoreProvider error messages in the directory connector that are not easily read by the customer. 

This message also generates an e-mail indicating the sync "Failed" leading to false positives for admins believing the sync did not happen when it would still complete as normal but the single element that threw the Oracle message was the only thing that did not sync. 

Conditions:
Has been happening to directory connector users since late July.
