Description (partial)

Symptom:
From eWLC's GUI it is not possible to download a WebAuth certificate if it is hosted in a distinct TFTP path to the TFTP root path. For example tftp://<tftpServerIp>/dir1/dir2/<certificate.pfx>
From eWLC's GUI it is possible to download a WebAuth certificate if it is hosted in a TFTP root path "/". For example tftp://<tftpServerIp>/<certificate.pfx>
From eWLC's CLI it is possible to download a WebAuth certificate in both cases, if it is hosted in the TFTP root path or in a distinct TFTP path.

Conditions:
Normal conditions. WebAuth certificate download operation.
