Description (partial)

Symptom:
Agent live data gadget fails to load.Will see error "Reporting service is not available. Please refresh after a while. If error persists contact administrator" and if refresh " Failed to load the gadget.Either CORS is not configured or a problem has occured in the Reporting Service.."

Conditions:
-Fail-over enabled in UCCE Real-time data source and both Primary and Secondary are online with Primary as Connected node
-Agent LD gadget in Finesse loaded fine and able to receive the LD updates fine.
-Stop the SQL server configured in Primary side of UCCE Real-time data source
