Description (partial)

Symptom:
When ISE pushes authorization profile containing two per user ACLs one for IPV4 and IPV6 each it is applied on authentication session of switch but traffic gets blocked for IPV4 orIPV6 depending on their order.

Conditions:
IPV4 and IPV6 Per-User ACL should be pushed together. Issue is not seen for IPV4 and IPV6 DACL's pushed together or multiple IPv4 or IPV6 per-user ACLs pushed separately.
